My undergraduate degree is in Social & Behavioral Sciences. I hold a master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern Maine. I have been practicing therapy since 2017 and have been in private practice since 2019. I have worked with people across the lifespan individually and in groups. My primary focus now is on older adolescent girls and women of all ages.
My primary clinical orientation is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT emphasizes mindfulness, expansion, and living a life guided by personal values to reduce the frequency and intensity of symptoms and/or improve quality of life despite persistent symptoms.
I offer therapy sessions virtually and in-person at my office in Raymond, Maine. I am in-network with Harvard Pilgrim, United Healthcare, Anthem, Maine Community Health Options and MaineCare. I also work with clients without insurance. My base rate is $150/session.
